- Free consultation
- Three prenatal visits to design your birth plan, discuss comfort measures and in depth partner guidance (2 hours)
- On-call availability (Starting 37 weeks)
- Unlimited text messages throughout pregnancy
- Emotional support and advocacy encouragement
- Reliable back-up doula support included
- Full doula support during labor, birth, and early postpartum.
- Two postpartum visits with extended care: Birth story debrief, emotional check-in, newborn guidance, and 2 free hours of postpartum care) (3-5 days postpartum and 3 weeks postpartum)
- Access to trusted resources and community referrals
- Priority scheduling and 6 weeks of ongoing postpartum support
- Enrollment in one 6-week series of Postpartum Recovery (in-person or virtual) from Joyful Start Family Support to support healing and regain strength
- Access to client resource portal
